Membership

1.  A week runs Monday to Sunday
2. Sessions must be booked online, with membership number entered.
3. Three no shows will result in your membership being terminated
with no refund.
4. Membership card will be issued on your first visit and must be shown on arrival on all visits.
5. Membership card can only be used by the registered person, any abuse will result in membership termination with no refund.
6. Members entry can be booked for any public session on the booking site, membership does not allow access during private hire sessions or other events.
7. If we notify you we are closed due to weather or any other circumstances, you will be able to rebook your session, no cash alternative or refund will be offered.
8. Members under 16 must have an adult onsite with them during every visit.
9. Extra sessions must be booked using the link emailed to you for half price entry, there is no limit on how many extra sessions booked per week.
10. You can not transfer membership to someone else.
11. Sessional membership is only valid for 2025 session during opening hours.
12. Cancellation, membership can not be cancelled during the session, none refundable membership.
